John Mulnix

Meet John Mulnix!!  John has worked in the mortgage industry for 15+ years. John is originally from Missouri but has lived in Washington state for 20 years now. John received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and holds an MBA in Financial Management from Avila University in Kansas City, MO. John was also a student athlete while in college where he was a 4-year starter and team captain Junior and Senior year. John started his finance career in Missouri and Kansas but only for the first year before relocating to the beautiful state of Washington.

John specializes in residential mortgage lending such as: Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Conventional loans, Jumbo, FHA, VA, New Construction and Renovation Loans.  John really enjoys working with first-time homebuyers as he loves to educate, inspire and create the best path to homeownership for his clients. John fully believes that the better understanding you have with a complex and stressful financial transaction, the smoother and more comfortable you will be in the process. John encourages all questions. One of his favorite quotes: "If I don't know the answer then I will find it out for us!" John will be by your side every step of the way in the home loan purchase process. John loves to help his clients achieve their dream of homeownership.  When John is not helping his clients, he loves to be outdoors, at music or sporting events and ultimately spends as much time as possible with family and friends.
