Howdy! My name is Brian Cohrt, I’m a Senior Loan Officer with the Next Door program for the last 5+ years. I value my job immensely as it’s beyond rewarding to help anyone attain their goal of home ownership. I can’t think of a more rewarding end result to be a part of on a daily basis. This passion for what I do has lead me to achieve Presidents Club status in both 2020 and 2021 and resulted in my assisting 300+ home buyers into homes. Along the way I’ve received 170+ 5 star reviews from happy home buyers. I truly put my all into helping you make it happen!

I take my job seriously and believe that being forthright/honest, creative and a source of knowledge through every step of the process is key. I tell people all the time that buying a home is a simpler process than they imagine, and I make sure to explain things and guide people in a way where that statement holds true.  In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, going on vacations together, trying new restaurants, lifting weights and playing basketball with friends. I don’t get to do it as often as I’d like but I really like taking naps too haha!
