Hello, my name is Philip Prince. I am a loan officer with the Next Door Home Buying Program, and am excited to join you on your home buying journey. I will do everything within my capabilities to not only guide you during this process, but to help you save as much money while doing so! I am a native to the Phoenix area here in Arizona, but one of my passions is to travel. I have been able to visit just about every state that I am licensed to do loans in, at some point in my life. I genuinely appreciate to see and experience different cultures, even if it is simply a car ride away. I look forward to helping you through this journey, and utilizing my experience to remove as much stress as possible from this process!
