David Ojeda

David Ojeda is a Sales Manager and Mortgage Advisor at TruView Lending, where he leads a team of loan officers while helping families achieve the dream of homeownership. As a specialist in the Next Door program, he's passionate about simplifying the mortgage process and helping buyers save money on one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

A U.S. Coast Guard Academy graduate, David grew up in a military family and lived across the country before planting roots in San Antonio, Texas in 2002—the same year he entered the mortgage industry. His background spans quality control, servicing, and origination, and he brings the same discipline and service-first mindset from his military upbringing to every client interaction.

At TruView, David works directly with borrowers while mentoring his loan officers to deliver exceptional service. He chose TruView for its commitment to innovation and programs like Next Door that make homeownership more accessible.

Outside of work, David is a proud husband and father of four—three boys and a girl—who keep the family running between baseball, basketball, soccer, and volleyball games. When things slow down, you'll find them at home with their dog, Coco Christmas.
