Liz Kurtz
Loan Officer
After retiring from a 26-year career as a Spanish teacher, I felt called to keep serving others in a meaningful way. My years in education gave me firsthand insight into the financial challenges facing civil servants — people who dedicate their lives to their communities yet often face real obstacles on the path to homeownership. I believe the American Dream should be within reach for those who give so much to others.
I specialize in helping educators, first responders, healthcare workers, government employees, and other public servants become homeowners. Having been through the process myself, I understand both the excitement and the stress it brings. My job is to advocate for these families by exploring every program and option available to them.
Every client's journey is unique, and I treat it that way. You can expect an attentive listener who takes time to understand your goals, a tireless researcher committed to finding every possible pathway to homeownership, and a proactive communicator who keeps you informed at every step.
As a lifelong educator turned loan officer, I bring the heart of a teacher to every client relationship — guiding, advocating, and helping hardworking families find their way home.
